We are pleased to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we cannot deliver to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Supplytoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this and/or file a claim with your respective shipping company.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, sometimes tracking may not be available due to free shipping.

 

MY TRACKING SHOWS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT"

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
