Refund Policy

All customers who place an order during a discount promotion are subject to the final discount (no returns).

How can I return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to inform us of a return request. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging in which it was shipped. For quality and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. All items will be inspected upon return. After inspection and approval, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. We will provide you with the return address; please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an order over $75.00, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance. Supplytoo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

Order Cancellation:

Once your order has been placed, our team begins processing and packing it for shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel orders after they have been placed.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

We also do not offer refunds if:

• Your order cannot be delivered due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect delivery address).
